Everyone is always coming up with ideas for who they want to be and how they can improve. One of the most common things people want to pursue is a healthy lifestyle. However, the amount of people who work out and eat nutritiously is minimal. For many people it’s easier to think about getting fit, or eating healthy than taking action. The most common excuses are a lack of time, knowledge, and motivation. Many people begin a routine but they can't stick with it. People are intimidated by going to the gym and not knowing what to do.
