When I met Jenna over a year and half ago,  I was overweight and couldn’t walk a flight of stairs with out feeling out of breath.  Jenna has changed my life for the better.  She is a positive person and up beat.  She’s given me the tools nutritionally and also work out routines,  that have helped me lose the weight and feel much better, with  more energy.  Jenna has helped change my attitude about food and nutrition over all.  She is always available via text or phone when I need some advice.  She has held me accountable, in a non judgmental way, always looking at the positive side.   She is a problem solver!
